Support staff for welcome, stand service and catering in Frankfurt. Employed, registered and insured by us – on site they work to your briefing and your instructions.
The grounds at Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage are among the largest in Europe: ten halls plus the Festhalle, around 400,000 square metres of indoor event space and almost 60,000 square metres outdoors. On a public day an exhibitor meets more visitors than in a normal quarter – and finds out very quickly whether someone at the front of the stand is sorting those conversations.
So there is no misunderstanding: we provide support staff, not product specialists. You brief our people, and they then work to your instructions. They greet visitors, serve drinks, restock brochures and keep the stand tidy. What they do not do is explain your machine or advise a buyer. Anyone representing your product has to come from your own team.
The point is the division of labour. Your sales people stay free for the technical conversations instead of collecting glasses and manning the entrance. For that you do not need specialists, you need reliable people who turn up on time and do what was agreed.
You get one named contact who plans the shifts and is reachable during the show. All staff are employed, registered and insured by us – you have nothing to do with contracts, social security or timesheets and receive a single invoice.
As a rule of thumb: two people per ten square metres if you serve food or drinks, and one per consultation desk. Automechanika with its five long public days needs a bigger team than a three-day trade show. Tell us the stand size and opening hours and we will work it out.
A team is usually in place within 48 hours. In September, when Automechanika and IFA almost overlap, the experienced staff are booked out early. Ask early and confirm the details later.
On request, yes. At the Book Fair and Fi Europe the audience is international, so we assign staff with English, and other languages if you need them.
Yes. Our staff are instructed on licensing and youth protection rules. For cocktails and coffee specialities we supply bartenders and baristas – that is a separate qualification.
Yes. Everyone is employed, insured and instructed by us. You receive an invoice from us and have nothing to do with registration, social security contributions or timesheets. During the assignment they work to your instructions – that is how temporary agency work is meant to operate.
Date, headcount and task are enough. You get an answer the same working day, usually within a few hours.
You do not get a ticket number. You get two people who know your booking and pick up the phone themselves if something comes up.
