The Berlin grounds at Messedamm are laid out differently from the newer sites: 27 halls with more than 190,000 square metres of hall space, grouped around the Sommergarten, plus the CityCube and hall Hub27 with its 10,000 column-free square metres. At shows like IFA or InnoTrans tens of thousands of visitors pass the stands in a single day.

What we provide – and what we do not

We provide support staff, not product specialists. You brief our people, and they then work to your instructions: greeting visitors, serving drinks, restocking brochures, keeping the stand in order. The technical conversations are led by your own team – that is exactly where the division of labour pays off.

If you are looking for someone to explain your product unaided, we are the wrong supplier. If you are looking for someone reliable who keeps your sales people free for selling, we are the right one.

You get one named contact who plans the shifts and is reachable during the show. All staff are employed, registered and insured by us, and you receive a single invoice.

Frequently asked questions

How many service staff does a stand in Berlin need?

Two people per ten square metres if you serve food or drinks, otherwise one per consultation desk. IFA with its public crowds needs a bigger team than belektro with its three trade days.

How late can we book?

A team is usually in place within 48 hours. During IFA week in early September and during InnoTrans the experienced staff are booked out early.

Do your staff speak English?

On request, yes. At InnoTrans most visitors are international, so we assign staff with English.

Do you also staff stand parties and evening events?

Yes. Stand parties on the grounds and evening events at the CityCube or in the city are covered by the same team or by a second shift.

Are the staff employed by you?

Yes. Everyone is employed, insured and instructed by us. You receive an invoice from us.

You do not get a ticket number. You get two people who know your booking and pick up the phone themselves if something comes up.
