Which occasions

Corporate event and conference

Reception, coffee breaks, lunch, evening programme. Mostly service and kitchen, plus admission and cloakroom. One contact for all tasks instead of three suppliers.

Gala and banquet

Menu service with a fixed running order. We assign experienced service staff, for larger teams with a team leader who coordinates with your event manager.

Summer party and family day

Bar service, grill and buffet, dishwashing, set-up and dismantling. Often several short shifts spread over the day; we plan for that.

Christmas party

Service, bar, cloakroom, kitchen. December dates fill up quickly, so ask early, even if the guest count is not final.

Product launch and roadshow

Reception, registration, promotion, set-up and dismantling. In Berlin, Hamburg and Frankfurt with our own pool, on several dates in a row.

Trade fairs

Hostesses, booth service and set-up crews for exhibitors. This has its own page: trade fair staff in Germany.

“For our event in Frankfurt am Main we booked service staff through echt Personal GmbH. Coordination was straightforward, the team on site professional, friendly and reliable – we felt in good hands throughout. Clear recommendation.”

Lee Rogers, September 2026, Google review, translated from German

“We were completely satisfied with the service staff at our summer party. From start to finish the service was excellent: friendly, attentive, reliable and always pleasant and professional. … Organisation and cooperation were straightforward and absolutely reliable. We could simply enjoy the evening, knowing that everything in the background was running smoothly. … We would book the service again any time and recommend it without reservation.”

Frequently asked questions

How much notice do you need?

A team is usually in place within 48 hours. In December and during trade fair weeks the experienced people are booked early, so ask early and add the details later.

What does event staff cost?

We charge by the hour, per task. The rate depends on the task, duration, time of day and notice. You receive a quote with the hourly rate before you book; the minimum is four hours per shift. The invoice is based on the timesheet you sign on site.

What happens if someone drops out?

We arrange a replacement, you do not have to make calls. On request we provide a team leader who coordinates on site and is your contact for the evening.

Who is the employer, and what are our obligations?

We are: the staff are employed and insured by echt Personal, we pay wages, social security and payroll tax. You do not sign an employment contract. A few duties stay with you as the hirer under the German temporary staffing act (AÜG), for example the briefing on site and the signed timesheet.

Can companies based outside Germany book?

Yes. The event takes place in Germany, so we provide staff as for any other client. Companies from the EU and from other countries are invoiced without German VAT; we need your VAT ID or proof that you are a business before the booking.

Can we book on a regular basis?

Yes. For recurring events or a whole season we set up a framework agreement. Your contact for this is Kenan Dizdarević, managing director, by phone at +49 160 96663448 or by email at dispo@cesmail.de.

Request staff

The earlier you ask, the better the team. Short notice still works.
